• This website is operated by Mr Fruit (Utoverse).
• We reserve the right to update or change any part of these terms at any time. Continued use of our site means you accept any changes made.

Products & Orders

• All fruits are available via pre-order only.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes and actual items may vary due to seasonality.
• Orders must be submitted before the cut-off time (usually Sunday 11:59PM) to be included in the following week’s delivery.

Payment

• All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
• Payment can be made via online methods (e.g., TnG, bank transfer) before or during delivery.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not completed.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.

Liability

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather, traffic).

We are not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues related to fruit consumption.
